These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 288pak website, mobile platform, applications, and any associated services ("the Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 288pak ("the Company").

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with 288pak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288pak.

Use of the 288pak Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 288pak enforces a minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register, deposit, or play.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by local law.

288pak reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe stipulated by 288pak may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any balance pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 288pak Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

288pak implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back) or passport photo page
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or statement showing your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered to your name
• Any additional documentation that 288pak's compliance team reasonably requires

288pak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank (and other major Pakistani banks)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 288pak dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 288pak reserves the right to return any funds received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend accounts involved in such transactions.

288pak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. A full game contribution table is available in the Promotions section of the 288pak platform.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of the bonus and potential account closure.

288pak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any promotion already in progress at the time of modification will continue under its original stated terms unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

288pak offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, slots, table games, and a cricket-first sports betting sportsbook. The following conditions apply across all gaming verticals:

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the in-play rules applicable to each sport, which are published in the sportsbook's rules section. 288pak is not responsible for the result of any sporting event and has no ability to influence real-world outcomes.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and are displayed within the betting interface. Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR wallet immediately upon settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288pak Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different one
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or sports integrity violation in connection with your 288pak bets
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability for financial gain
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 288pak staff or other players via any communication channel
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your 288pak account
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to obscure your true location where such access is used for fraudulent purposes

288pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to your account
• Identification that the account is operated by a person under 21 years of age
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or directive from a law enforcement authority
• The player's own request to close their account or initiate self-exclusion

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your primary verified payment method, subject to 288pak's standard withdrawal processing procedures and AML checks.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 288pak support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. If you wish to self-exclude rather than simply close your account, please refer to Section 9 below for the appropriate process.

288pak is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity, and we take active steps to prevent problem gambling among our player base. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any 288pak content without prior written permission
• Use the 288pak name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 288pak software
• Create derivative works based on any 288pak intellectual property

Any unauthorised use of 288pak intellectual property will be treated as an infringement and may result in legal action. If you wish to use 288pak content for any legitimate purpose, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288pak's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288pak shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond 288pak's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 288pak makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

288pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

In summary, 288pak collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC/AML compliance)
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and abuse prevention
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Responsible gaming monitoring and player protection
• Platform improvement and personalised user experience

288pak does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers — where necessary to provide the Platform services. All such third parties are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

288pak reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 288pak will provide reasonable notice by one or more of the following methods:

The updated Terms will display the revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 288pak support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288pak holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with 288pak through our internal complaints process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to 288pak customer support via live chat or email (see Section 15). Please include your account username, the nature of the complaint, and all relevant details. Support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first step, you may request escalation to the 288pak compliance team. A formal written response will be provided within seven business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the complaint remains unresolved after the above steps, you may refer the matter to the external dispute resolution body designated by 288pak's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from 288pak support.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
